Our herbal facial steams are an invitation to slow down and return to the quiet intelligence of the body.

Each blend is thoughtfully created with dried botanicals traditionally used to soften, hydrate, clarify and restore the skin, while also offering a moment of calm for the nervous system.

Directions:

Add 1-2 tablespoons of herbs into bowl, add 3 cups hot water. Steep covered for 5 minutes. Uncover, lean over the bowl, relax and breathe deeply for 10 minutes.

 

* Each package contains 10 tablespoons of dried herbs. Enough for 5-10 herbal facial sessions.

After care: While skin is still damp, apply your favorite facial oil or moisturizer.

1. Golden Quiet - Soothing, Calming, Restorative 

Golden quiet is a blend for overstimulation. When skin, nerves, or emotions feel loud. Calms and eases tension while assisting the nervous system back in the balance. 

Ingredients: a blend of dried organic German chamomile, 

(Matricaria recutita) organic calendula, (Calendula officinalis)

organic mullein, (Verbascum thapsus) organic marshmallow root, (Althaea officinalis) organic English lavender, (Lavandula angustifolia)

2. Radiance Renewal - Brightening, Circulatory, Revitalizing.

Hibiscus and rose hips and courage glow and circulation, orange peel lifts mood.

Ingredients: a blend of dried organic roselle hibiscus, (hibiscus sabdariffa) organic rose hips, (Rosa canina) calendula, (Calendula officinalis) organic orange peel, organic marshmallow root, (Althaea officinalis)

3. Earth and Clarity - Detoxifying, Grounding, Clearing

This is deeper more grounding, excellent for work congested skin or energetic clearing. 

Ingredients: a blend of dried organic burdock root, (Arctium lappa) organic nettle, (Urtica dioica) organic mullein, (Verbascum thapsus) organic rosemary, (Salvia rosmarinus) organic pomegranate peel.

4. Moon Garden - Balancing, Dreamy, Nervous System Soothing 

A very soft, lunar-feeling blend. Beautiful for evening rituals and emotional release. 

Ingredients: a blend of dried organic elderflower, (Sambucus nigra) English lavender, (Lavandula angustifolia) organic rose petals, (Rosa centifolia)
